Spirits Innovation System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is an ICT solutions vendor that provides information and communication systems to customers based on the network and system development technologies cultivated over the years.
We believe that providing better products and services requires each employee to continuously strive to think from the customer's perspective and develop the technical capabilities to propose precise solutions to their problems. Recognizing the critical importance of personal information protection in today's advanced information and communications society, we consider the safe and appropriate handling of personal information a vital social responsibility. To ensure the strictest handling of all personal information within our solutions business, we have established this Personal Information Protection Policy as a standard of conduct for all officers and employees, and we will rigorously enforce its adherence.
1. For all personal information handled in our business operations and for the personal information of our officers and employees, we will establish and appropriately operate a personal information protection management system compliant with the Japanese Industrial Standard “Personal Information Protection Management System - Requirements” (JIS Q 15001) to ensure compliance with laws and regulations concerning personal information protection, national guidelines, and other norms.
2. When acquiring personal information, the Company will clearly state the purpose of use and whether it will be provided to third parties in advance. We will use the information appropriately within the scope of the stated purpose only after obtaining the individual's consent and will take measures to prevent use for other purposes.
3. When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information acquired through the measures in the preceding paragraph, or when providing personal information to third parties, the Company will select parties that meet sufficient protection standards and take appropriate measures through contracts or other means.
4. The Company implements reasonable security measures and corrective actions against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information.
5. We will establish systems and procedures for receiving and responding to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information, and will respond promptly. We will also respond without delay to requests from the individual concerned for disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information.
6. We will continuously review and improve our Personal Information Protection Management System.
