To ensure the strictest handling of all personal information within our solutions business, we have established this Personal Information Protection Policy as a standard of conduct for all officers and employees, and we will rigorously enforce its adherence.

1.　当社は、すべての事業で取り扱う個人情報および役職員等の個人情報に関して、個人情報保護に関する法令、国が定める指針およびその他の規範を遵守するため、日本産業規格「個人情報保護マネジメントシステム‐要求事項」（JIS Q 15001）に準拠した個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを策定し、適切に運用いたします。

2. When acquiring personal information, the Company will clearly state the purpose of use and whether it will be provided to third parties in advance. We will use the information appropriately within the scope of the stated purpose only after obtaining the individual's consent and will take measures to prevent use for other purposes.

3. When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information acquired through the measures in the preceding paragraph, or when providing personal information to third parties, the Company will select parties that meet sufficient protection standards and take appropriate measures through contracts or other means.

4. The Company implements reasonable security measures and corrective actions against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information.

5. We will establish systems and procedures for receiving and responding to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information, and will respond promptly. We will also respond without delay to requests from the individual concerned for disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information.

6. We will continuously review and improve our Personal Information Protection Management System.
